The Chair 002 came up from an international call of the company TON which was announced on the occasion of their 150th anniversary of bentwood production in their factory in Byst?ice pod Hostýnem.
Their production, typical of manufacturing and developing bentwood furniture for 150 years without interruption, became a challenge to present a new product marking this anniversary.

The chair is a combination of 150 years old proven wood bending technology
and a fresh approach in the design while maintaining the most important characteristic of TON's production.
