FROM PAPER
TO CONCRETE

I WORK IN DIFFERENT SPHERES
OF THE DISCIPLINE GENERALLY CALLED DESIGN. I AM LOOKING FOR A NATURAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FUNCTIONS AND THE SPECIFIC EXPRESSION OF A PRODUCT.

I studied design at the School of Industrial Design at Lund University in Sweden and then sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology. This combination gave me a unique opportunity to perceive design not only from its functional, economic or production principles, but also to look for internal content, individuality or insight.

Thoughtfulness

I see the design process as understanding the material, exploring its possibilities, experimenting and innovating. Whether I work with paper, metal or concrete, their possibilities determine the outcome.

Uniqueness

Design has no boundaries given by material, use or production. Whether it is a mass-produced chair, a scooter with the possibility of individual configuration or a custom-made pipe, my goal is to find individuality within the possibilities that makes sense for its use.

Simplicity

Design is a creative process that reflects the meaning of the product, the technical requirements of production and the essence of the brand at the same time.
Regardless of the complexity, the goal is to look clean and simple  solution.
